Set of six exceptional S11 dining chairs by Alfred Hendrickx

A truly exceptional set of six model S11 dining chairs designed by renowned Belgian designer Alfred Hendrickx for Belform in the 1960s. Created during Hendrickx’s early modernist period, the design shows clear influences from Italian and Scandinavian furniture, resulting in a light and elegant silhouette with a refined black lacquered wooden frame.
 
This rare set remains in original condition and features beautifully preserved cane seats, adding warmth and authenticity to the design. The chairs are in very good vintage condition with only minor signs of age and use. In our view, these are among the most beautiful and iconic Belgian design chairs ever produced, and finding a complete set of six is exceptionally rare.
