Pair of Walter Antonis SZ14 chairs

Midcentury modernist Dutch Walter Antonis SZ14 chairs in cognat leather,The chairs were designed for Spectrum, in the collection of 1971-1974.This chairs have a cognac leather saddle It has the original upholstery with beautiful patina and wear. You can see the influences of Martin Visser, Antonis was a pioneer for Spectrum by creating innovative, transparant and strong designs. Even-though this SZ 14 looks as if it was made by machines, almost all elements and parts still were handmade and welded. It is a perfect example of outstanding dutch craftsmanship.
